Julie and I have decided to take a two week hiatus, we will be back after the New Year.  During this time we are going to think about our goals for the 2RNS for 2019 and plan to enjoy the holiday season with friends and family.  During this time away here are 5 tips for you to be sure you make the best of your holiday.

5 Important Things to do over the Holiday Season to Make it a Success:

  1.  Be thankful – and say “thank you.”  Commit to saying 5 “thank you’s” each day -you’ll get something positive out of this!
  2. Be patient – family craziness, long lines at the stores, increased traffic can all get to you during this time. Don’t let it.
  3. Do an act of kindness for a stranger anonymously –  give out socks to the homeless, buy a cup of coffee, donate – again you’ll gain something from this!
  4. Call an old friend you haven’t spoken to in a while –  let them know you are thinking of them!
  5. Be present and turn off your cellphone – give your friends and family your time, not your phone.
Happy Holidays and can’t wait to see what 2019 brings!
