My name is Arnee Bubalus and I am Tollie McStretch’s sidekick, a.k.a. best friend or BFF.  We live across the street from each other, go to the same school and do just about everything together.

I’m the one who was with Tollie when he broke his arm. Do you see the socks I’m wearing and the ones Tollie has on? I gave him the other half of my favorite socks. Those are my good luck socks. Tollie is wearing them because I knew he needed surgery for his broken arm. I didn’t want him to worry about going to the hospital so I gave him my other set.

A little something else you should know about me is I’ve been in the hospital a lot because I have asthma. With asthma sometimes it gets really hard to breathe.  I take medicines at home but sometimes I need stronger medicines that I only can get in the hospital.

My parents and friends often call me a troublemaker.  I disagree. I like to think of myself as an adventurous and fearless water buffalo.

Follow us on Instagram at the 2RNs to see what fun (trouble) we get into as Tollie spreads the word about Surgery Day!

Your Friend,

Arnee Bubalus
